- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My husband and I have been with Adam for the past for years and we just switched to Liberty Mutual. This was the worst customer service I’ve dealt with. The employees and never on the same page, we’ve had to call many times to stay on top of them and make sure what we needed would get done even if that meant just getting a current copy of our insurance card. I don’t know that there has been a time when we have called or showed up that Adam has been there. I would strongly advise to go somewhere else for insurance.October 20, 2017by Katie Brown
